need help thinking of names for a car crew?

Okay, let me explain this a tad bit more. In my city.. we have things called car crew’s. Which is like a bunch of kid’s who get together, put stickers on their cars & make new friends. Well myself and a friend of mine (we are both girls) would like to start a crew of our own. Some of the names to give you an example would be; Street Kings. 2RLR (2 redlights racing). Modified. CCR (Custom Concepts Racing) & UP (Unknown Performance). We don’t start trouble & we don’t race. We give each other idea’s about things to do to our cars, or even help out if someone’s in need. If you guys could come up with some pretty creative names, my friend & I would appreciate it very much :) Thanks everyone! Nothing rude or ignorant by the wayy!

Is this a normal (expected) thing for a “not at fault” driver?

I was hit head on in my fuel truck by a logging truck that lost
control going around the corner (way too fast)
My attorney sent a letter to their insurance stating that I have a claim for severe injuries. The highway patrol report found the logging truck driver responsible for “unknown driver distraction”, and “driving faulty equipment”.
The insurance company representing the logging truck company came back and said they are denying the claim. They said the following: “We retained experts concerning accident reconstruction and metallurgical analysis, and we respectfully deny and all all liability on behalf of our client.”

Is this normal, routine stuff. Or has my case gotten signficantly harder to prove that the logging truck caused the accident. I want your professional opinions before I ask my attorney.

Anybody know a good theme for an older semi-classic truck?

It’s a ‘77 Ford 4×4. I’ve dropped in a 351 big block and I’ve found 32×11.50’s to put on it. I don’t need nothing too big or fancy on the outside, but the local auto parts store sells accessories from shifter knobs (it’s a stick w/granny) to floor mats to vinyl stickers and all kinds of goodies. Of course, I can always get things over the internet. I plan on keeping the truck the original bright orange color. I was wondering what kind of theme, if any, I should do the insides. Give me your opinion. Being’s it’s my first vehicle, I’d like something somewhat fancy but not too much. After all, it’s also my work/play truck. I was also thinking about swapping out the bench seat for a couple bucket seats and a little console? Since it’s a stick and the 2nd/4th/R gear’s don’t have much hand room between the seat.

Whew. Thanks for the opinion
I had orginally planned on going chrome, but now I’m seriously thinking about it. I’ve had a fake chrome pair of horns you find on older cadillac’s I was toying with putting on the front hood. I was also thinking about going with a chrome skull theme, with door locks, gear knob, chain steering wheel, a brakelight skull that fits in your hitch, and a light-up cig lighter. Too cheesy? Or is there anything somewhat similar but without all the death gaaahh killkillkill theme?

Got a new bumper sticker “Life’s a Bitch don’t vote for one” should i put it on my car window?

Christians, you realise you stole Christmas from the Pagans right?

Stop claiming Christmas is “your” holiday, or that anyone is killing it, or stealing it from you. If anything you’re the ones who, to put it lightly, “borrowed” a couple of traditions to fabricate a holiday of your own.

There’s no “putting the Christ back in Christmas”, he wasn’t apart of the holiday in the first place. Seeing that sticker on your car is just going to get it a wad of spit if I pass it by in a parking-lot.

They’ve been decorating trees with ornaments and exchanging gifts on the Winter Solstice since long before Christ was ever born.
to cupcake: If you followed the links, you’d find that early Christians were arguing whether it was a day worthy of celebration or not. It’s just that over time, they obviously decided to, and created a holiday out of it by mashing together a couple of old traditions. The average American doesn’t know this, that’s why the subject should be openly-discussed, ignorance is a plague.

Identifying Marzocchi forks?

I recently bought a used 2004 Specialized Big Hit SPEC on Ebay, and it has what are supposed to be Marzocchi 888 forks. Unfortunately there are no stickers or decals that would indicated whether or not these are Marzocchi’s and what model 888 they are (assuming that they are, infact, Marzocchi’s). I was wondering whether or not there is a way that I can identify what these forks are? Is there a serial number somewhere on the fork?

I plan on sending them to Marzocchi to rebuilt, so I would like to know what I have before I send them in. Thanks to everybody in advance! More questions to come soon!
These are not the stock forks and are double crowned, and have black stanchions.

Can I take my CA driving test with this truck?

I’m taking my driving test next week for my CA license but after reading through the handbook, I noticed a few things. My truck only had the rear license plate, the front is a plate but not of the license, it has tinted windows (legal in my state), and it has a few stickers near the top of the back window but it doesn’t effect any visual. My truck is out of state and a few friends here are saying that it doesn’t matter because it’s an out of state truck… I’m not too sure about that so I need some other opinions. I will be calling the DMV too just to double check.
