how do i get new dirt bike graphic stickers to stick when they are bubbling and coming loose?

the edges of the plastics where the stickers wrap around are coming loose.. i thought i followed the instructions to the letter by spraying a mist of water on both the plastic and the decal but the adhesive doesnt have much bite and the decals are very thick, SO thick that the tension is too much for the adhesive. should i just experiment with some contact adhesive and tape it down till it cures or will heat or something set it off better?> anyone know what to do??? i have a super cool honda cr500af and i want it to look nice !

Graphic Designer Laptop?!?

Well I’m currently studying graphic design and as it seems everyoen recommends that sometime in the near future that I shoudl invest in a laptop for my work.
Well among these various suggestions I have heard that Apple’s Macbooks are the “way to go” but everytime I ask why I seem to get the same generic answers like
“Theyre more reliable”
or “They’re perfect for Graphic Designers and all media related stuff”
and even “They’re just so convenient”

Ok thats cool and all but what Im looking at is similar statistics in terms of RAM and Processing speed in a PC laptop but with a $2000.00+ sticker price.

What is so great about them and if anyone answers somethign near to what I quoted I am going to punch someone.
Please give me more technical and specific reasons why the extra thousand dollars spent on a macbook makes it worth it.

Because personally Ive used Windows my entire life and unless theres a damn good reason to spend that much money Id rather build a custom Laptop.
Oh and also I checked up on a friend that does custom computers and he said a laptop with a NVIDIA 8600GT Graphics card with 512 mb of speed,
4 GBs or RAM ,
and a Duo Core Processor at 2×2.6 Ghz
Probably wont run me past 15-1700 bucks. goodness gracious, I hope everyone hasnt been simply brainwashed by Apples trends.

Whats the most powerful computer for creating large graphic files, like signs and posters-700mb working files

My PC chokes… slows to a crawl when using Photoshop and large working files. I create large posters with over 300 layers as well as huge graphic illustrations for signs and car/bus wraps. Sometimes my working get to be in the gigabytes. I would prefer a PC as all of my programs are on that platform. Do I really have to go to a MAC to get these results??? Tell me it isnt so. Note: 3D gamming computers is not the solution!
~I am currently running 4 gigs of ram,
~PNY NVIDA Quadro04 980 XGL 128MB APG 8x
~AMD 64 3800 939 (512k)
~400GB Western Digital HD (and 2 other HD for scratch disk)
~Photoshop preferences all set for huge graphics

I need a work horse, most powerful high-end graphics machine that will kick the MAC-Pro a##
To answer question from “Xperiance” below… I have my own company, so “I” flip the bill for new computer. Mine was built in 04, and was supposed to be the greatest at the time, it still didnt hold a candle to my G4 laptop (UNFORTUNATELY) I DONT WANT A MAC!

Where can i create a guitar with my own custom graphic?

I know preaveys lets you do it, but thats way to expensive. Is there any other place that lets you do the same thing but cheaper? Or can i bring my guitar into somewhere and have them put the graphic on my guitar for me?? No stickers, a proffessional finish, as if the manufacturers made it that way. Where can i do one of these two things?
