I recently went to this dealership and this guy is a dealer who you know won’t bullshit you. I am stuck between a 1999 chevy malibu or the 2001 oldsmobile intrigue. The malibu has a scratch on the hood and would need touched up for an extra $200. It has a sunroof with 93k miles. It doesn’t run as smooth as the oldsmobile (I took it for a test drive.) The malibu has a cd/cassette player and so does the oldsmobile. The malibu has stickers on the back that can’t come off like University stickers. Also the control panel for the switches like windows is loose but can be fixed. The malibu’s glove box handle is alittle loose but can be fixed as well. The oldsmobile is alittle bigger, has no sunroof with 109k miles and has a cd/cassette player. Also the gas thing is on the drivers side. I heard malibus gas thing tends to rust. The oldsmobile has a keyless entry, its a/c just needs recharged. I really like BOTH! I’m probably getting the intrigue but which one do you guys think I should get?

i bought a 2008 scion tc back in april of 2008 from a used car dealer. The car had 554 miles on it making it a used vehicle. I go to trade the car in 2 weeks ago to toyota to upgrade to a rav4 and the gentelman who inspects the vehicles before trading it in states the car was in a COLLISION back in Nov 2007 and therefore they cant take the car back. The whole back of the car has been replaced with after market parts the trunk the rear windows and the rear axel. To my shock i have never been in an accident im driving 13 years thank god. Went back to the dealer i purchased the car from and he said theres nothing he can do it was sold as used. No carfax was provided back then and now that im looking to upgrade no dealers want the car in trade. I have been told by a autobody shop owner that on the sticker its supposed to state collision repaired not sure if thats true or not but on the sticker it doesnt state that. What can i do as far as either getting out of the loan or getting rid of the car. Please advise.

So I took a test today it says 5 days before ur period last month it came on the 22nd ( never comes on same day) I had pinkish spotting 19 days after last period. I have heavy feeling boobs, not to be nasty but my private thing gets a lot wetter than it did befor with sex and right before??? I cryed over a inspection sticker being placed a little higher on my car window. But the er hpt was negative today I don’t get it??????

for valentines day, i got my boyfriend of one month a basket with hearts all around it, and then the little red confetti stuff inside the basket. and i was making him cupcakes to put in it. i also have a heart shaped like a basketball, hershey’s kisses, a taylor swift card, window stickers, resses hearts, and i was going to write will you be my valentine on his car with 6 ballons tied to it. is that weird? or cute? the cupcakes are gonna say K+K and then a heart.

I cant figure out what exactly this is called. Its one of those things you put on you car window, etc. Like a baseball or tennis ball that makes it look like it broke through you window, but its just a sticker with half a baseball or tennis ball, etc. Im looking for one with a hockey puck. On April 4th I saw a car on auto trader in van nuys. it was a 05 chevy cobalt and i went to the dealer that same day to look at it because i wanted to buy it. i got there in the night and i test drove it and it was about 8 in the night and the dealer told me that i would have to pick it up the next day because he had o fix a sensor on it, so i thought tat was fine, but he said to leave him a 500 dollar deposit to make sure i would buy it. the next day i went and i paid him 5,800 cash he said that the price for the car was 5000 adn the rest were fees and taxes. well as i was signing my contract i see that it said pull price paid in cash 5300. soi asked the receptionist who was hading me the paper work why it said 5300 if i gave them 5800 and she said that the taxes werent included so i figured she was telling me the truth. then i asked to have the car fax and she said there systems were down so i made sure i got a warranty paper since it said there was a 30 day warranty. i also asked for a pink slip andshe told me that they were gonna send the paper work to sacramento and i would be getting my registration on mail. i didnt think anything bad from it because i trusted them. well after getting on the road back home( i live 2 hours away) i stooped in Castaic to pump gas. afer i turned the car back on i notice it turned off and started up again on its own but i thought well maybe it does that on its own since its a newer model.( i know that sounds kinda dumb but i dont know anything about cars what so ever. ) after i got home and my dad saw the car he told me that the key they gave me was a copy not an original key and that the key wouldnt be able to open the doors if locked. so i called the guy and he told me he didnt know why. then later on on tuesday, a day after i bought the car, the engine light on the dash board turned on. so i called the dealer again and he told me he didnt know why and that he sold me the car AS IS and i tld him i had the warranty paper. it was a 30 day or 1000 miles warranty. 50% for motor and 50% for transmisson. then he was just kinda blowing me off. i tld him i wouyld take the car to a mechaninc and if the car had problems he would pay for it and he said he wasnt gonna pay for something he couldnt see and i said that wasnt a aproblem that i would take the car to him. so that day i took it to a local mechanic in my town and it ended up being that the problems were the catalytic converter and some fans in the motor and the key switch. he told me the estimate would be aroung 900 dls. so i called the dealer emedietly and no answer i called the next day aswell about 10 times and still no answer. so on Friday April 8, just 4 days after buying my car i decided to drive up there and make them look at the car and fix the problems well when i got there the dealersgip was GONE!. there were nomorecars no people no nothing! I was so mad, sad. i didnt know what to so so i went to the LAPD and they sent me to consumer affairs and they gave me a number to the dmv investigators and i sent a complaint form with all the paper work which was really only the contract i was given and some little sticker to put on my window . the thing is that the 30 days werent up yet but i had already made 2 trips to Van Nuys trying to contact them or find them. that was about 3 weeks ago and since i hadnt heard anything from them i went to the dmv today to see if they had some info to give me. they didnt have much to tell me but to wait for investifgations to call me, then i asked her under whos name was my car under then she told me some dealer or something like that and if i would want the registration i would need signatures from previous owners and i would have topay 934 dollars for the registration because they hadnt paid the tas in about 2 yers. i halready fixed the repairs to my car and i have no money and no job =( im a college student whho saved up for a car and now i have nothing and no job! How am i gonna pay that.Im always sad and worried, i cant even sleep thinking of this. If they find the owner of the dealer, CAN I SUE HIM? WILL I WIN? PLEASE HELP ME IM SO LOST AND I DNT KNOW WHERE TO GO FROM HERE!

Ok so me and my ex broke up and my name was on the passenger side of his window and he took it off and put “taking applications” on there instead..so i want to do something better than that instead of his name on my car. any ideas? i was thinkin..:”availble” or “smething better” idk jst please give me some ideas thanks

i have a 1998 nissan altima, i do not have the money to fix it neither do i care to fix it….i got cheated out and feel really angry about it but there is nothing i can do about it now…the radio doesnt work, window on drivers side doesnt work. needs a new tire, ceiling falling in…i bought it from craigslist and well the previous owners ignored my calls and text for the paperwork…i did not have a dl or insurance ((in the process)) ….well a month later it overheats and breaks down…since then i did not touch it or even ask whats wrong because im too pissed about the situation…what can i do the title is not in my name…they signed the title over but paperwork its not in my name…i honestly want to break it into pieces…im thinking of buying a new car…what do i do with this one..or what can i do…please help me…o and the stickers are out of date
