I went to a dealership and don’t know which car to get, help me choose!!?

I recently went to this dealership and this guy is a dealer who you know won’t bullshit you. I am stuck between a 1999 chevy malibu or the 2001 oldsmobile intrigue. The malibu has a scratch on the hood and would need touched up for an extra $200. It has a sunroof with 93k miles. It doesn’t run as smooth as the oldsmobile (I took it for a test drive.) The malibu has a cd/cassette player and so does the oldsmobile. The malibu has stickers on the back that can’t come off like University stickers. Also the control panel for the switches like windows is loose but can be fixed. The malibu’s glove box handle is alittle loose but can be fixed as well. The oldsmobile is alittle bigger, has no sunroof with 109k miles and has a cd/cassette player. Also the gas thing is on the drivers side. I heard malibus gas thing tends to rust. The oldsmobile has a keyless entry, its a/c just needs recharged. I really like BOTH! I’m probably getting the intrigue but which one do you guys think I should get?

Does anyone know what this is? I see it on cars and looked it up on the net but can’t find it..?

It’s a window sticker that I always see on cars. It’s a palm tree with a half moon. I see it in all different colors, like pink, blue, green, red. I really want one but I don’t know what it supposed to mean so I can look it up on the internet. First person to help me find it gets the 10 points. I don’t know why this question was put in this category.

“’Faith means not wanting to know what is true” ~Friedrich Nietzsche?

That quote is now on my car via a bumper sticker, how long do you think until a “warrior of god” smashes my window?

Can a cop know if my car’s safety inspection is overdue by running my plates?

My car is overdue for it’s safety inspection (it’s a long story, I’m in the process of getting it repaired in order to pass).

If a cop randomly ran my plates on his/her computer in his cruiser car would it tell him my inspection is overdue?

I know that cops will randomly run people’s plates as they patrol around. Sometimes they’ll find someone who’s license is expired or that the car is reported stolen, etc. But can it tell them that my inspection is overdue? Or do they have to visually see the sticker on my window?

Anyone know?

I have a 2007 Silverado Classic and want to know what kinda horsepower I have.?

I traded a 2004 Silverado Z71 in for a 2007 Silverado Classic LT. My 04 had the 295hp 5.3L Vortec and a “T” as the 8th number in the VIN(the numeral that will tell you what motor you have). I looked at the VIN of my new truck and the 8th numeral is “Z”. I think that “Z” is the code for the High Output(310hp and aluminum block) 5.3L Vortec. I looked at the sticker and it only says “5.3L Flex-Fuel Vortec V-8″. The guys at the dealer weren’t sure about whether or not I had the HO Vortec, but they told me that I should research what an 8th digit of Z means. They told me for sure that I can run on Gas, E85, or any mix of the two….. that’s kinda cool. What the hell does “Z” mean for the 07’s? Do I have 295hp or 310? Thanks!

Does anyone know what ECV means?

Does anyone know if AT&T is a christian-run company?

I keep seeing AT&T trucks in my area with crosses cut out of their back bumpers and some with religious/christian bumper stickers.

How do I know if my new truck is supposed to have keyless entry / remote start?

I know in the GM cars that I owned there was a sticker in the glove box that would tell you the option code that were installed on the vehicle. Is there something like this for a 2000 Ford Ranger?
Already went to the dealer and ran the VIN. No luck there. Apparently Ford was a little loosey goosey with Vin Driven option codes until about 2005. Their only suggestion was to tear the door panel off and look for a receiver. Or, pay them $50 to try to program a transmitter to my truck.
