Stop claiming Christmas is “your” holiday, or that anyone is killing it, or stealing it from you. If anything you’re the ones who, to put it lightly, “borrowed” a couple of traditions to fabricate a holiday of your own.
There’s no “putting the Christ back in Christmas”, he wasn’t apart of the holiday in the first place. Seeing that sticker on your car is just going to get it a wad of spit if I pass it by in a parking-lot.
They’ve been decorating trees with ornaments and exchanging gifts on the Winter Solstice since long before Christ was ever born.
to cupcake: If you followed the links, you’d find that early Christians were arguing whether it was a day worthy of celebration or not. It’s just that over time, they obviously decided to, and created a holiday out of it by mashing together a couple of old traditions. The average American doesn’t know this, that’s why the subject should be openly-discussed, ignorance is a plague.
I own a trucking business, and it’s under a corporation. I’ll be leasing my trucks to another trucking company. Orientation and all safety issues will be held on the same day. My husband who’s going to be the driver has to attend an orientation, and I want him to take of everything else. Please tell me the correct letter, form for this?
I kinda have an idea but, more options would’nt hurt.

I have a 2000 Silverado w/ Z71 package. I checked into suspension lift kits,today and they are more than I want to spend. So Im leaning towards just slapping a huge set of 24 in rims on my truck,and peeling off the Z71 stickers. Would that look ok ? It has the Z71 suspension,so the truck sits like an inch or two higher than the normal Silverado. My truck is the two-toned black on top,silver on the bottom under the plastic molding on the sides.I have chrome door handles,billet grille,bug guard,vent visors,tail gate latch,bed rails,nerf steps….so the 2nd part of my question is this : Would chrome rims be too much chrome ? Or should I get black rims with just the chrome lip ? Thank you for any advice you can offer.

fordman, I priced the lift kit @ $1,800 . the installation was $800. The 3 inch body lift was $450 and the install on that was $500 and the tires were about $1,100…so all together it was about $4,650. I found some sellers on ebay with thousands of positive feedback left for them selling 24″ rims for as low as $1,200. Some of them include tires,too,but those were about $1,800-$2,000. Still half the cost of the lift. Another thing i took into consideration,was if i ever get rid of my truck, I can take off the rims, I cant take off a suspension lift. The rims are something I can keep for a long time and swap over to a new vehicle I purchase in the future.

We have 5 of those whole coconuts. It doesnt have the fur on it tho. Its a shaved coconut wrapped in plastic that has to be cut open to drink the water & eat the coconut inside.

Earlier today I bottomed out and the front right side of my car was resting on a log 
.. Later on I noticed that my mudflap and panel was crunched in. ( I want to replace that panel that goes around the front right tire but I can’t seem to find it on the web. Any help? Also what is the part called.. front panel? And what is the part number?
I was going to work one day and i thought man.. my steering wheel keeps wanting to jerk to the right.. but then i turned and it was fine. So i thought.. well it must be the road. The other night, I am heading out and its doing the same thing.. it only seems to do it during coasting.. acceleration seems to stop it. (front wheel drive, its the front right wheel acting up i think). Also, the jerking is in time with the wheel speed.. so when i slow down, so does the steering issue.
I did notice the cv boot?? (rubber piece that wraps around the axel behind the tire keeping grease in to w/e.. maybe bearings) is ripped really bad. Would that cause the issue?
On a side note.. it might just be my imagination but I could of sworn when i started my car up after work 2 nights.. my car acted like it didnt want to move.. i would put in in neutrual, and instead of drifting back, it stayed put..
