I recently went to this dealership and this guy is a dealer who you know won’t bullshit you. I am stuck between a 1999 chevy malibu or the 2001 oldsmobile intrigue. The malibu has a scratch on the hood and would need touched up for an extra $200. It has a sunroof with 93k miles. It doesn’t run as smooth as the oldsmobile (I took it for a test drive.) The malibu has a cd/cassette player and so does the oldsmobile. The malibu has stickers on the back that can’t come off like University stickers. Also the control panel for the switches like windows is loose but can be fixed. The malibu’s glove box handle is alittle loose but can be fixed as well. The oldsmobile is alittle bigger, has no sunroof with 109k miles and has a cd/cassette player. Also the gas thing is on the drivers side. I heard malibus gas thing tends to rust. The oldsmobile has a keyless entry, its a/c just needs recharged. I really like BOTH! I’m probably getting the intrigue but which one do you guys think I should get?

Does any one have a product or anything that will take off the sticker and won’t mess up my car window.

I This guy was unbelievable! The car was 2009 Challenger SRT . Gave him $20,000 check & finance the rest. He told me they called bank & it bounced. (that was a lie they never called bank) He now wanted a cashiers check. OK put something in writing. “Not yet” he said. Thinking the financing is holding us up I offered to pay total in cash. That’s when he gave me his best deal. He started out at $59,900! I asked him if $15,900 above sticker is common. “Oh yeah happens all the time” I told him if he showed one invoice at that price I would buy two. “That’s confidential” So after two hours I had enough & left. I had no intention to but, are dealers required to sell car with a window sticker at that price? I’ve been loyal to this dealer for 35 years! I will never go back there again.

I have heard something along the lines if I send a certified letter (requesting information of where to make my payments to etc) to the company and it comes back, and send a second certified letter and it comes back again that I can go to the state (GA) and file for my title. Is this true? Or what can I do?

There are document destroyer trucks out side of the company, the phone line is busy, etc. There is only one location.

How can I protect myself from these crooks? I know he was indicted along with some city officails and some morgage people, he tried to steal 1,400,000.00 in mortgages in kansas city. Will the IRS or FBI try to get his property? I remember that when I used to pay them before they closed one of the guys put the check I payed him in his pocket .
I would love to pay off what I owe but they disappeared for three months I did not know where to make my payment. Now that I know he is in jail , who get’s the money? They never sent a letter they only called to get me to pay three mos after they closed. I would love to find a contract to protect me so when I do pay off the truck about 2500…I get the title.

What I have been wondering is when George went to the tow yard to pick up the car and discovered the smell if he had to put gas in the car? Did anyone evre hear if that was the case because Casey told Anthony that she ran out of gas, but when George got that car 2 weeks later her purse, I.D., and Caylees’ carseat were all in a mess in the car. Any suggestions? How did George get in and start it? Did someone put gas in? Usually when a car is vacated it is just towed.

Another thing that is weird to me is the fact that the childs seat was not left with the child. I have a son 3 months younger than Caylee and I used to always leave his seat when he was somewhere other than with me just in case.

I am so sick about this case. It is like I know she probably is with our Father, but I just want her to come home so bad. I cry when her grandparents speak because they are truly suffering. The way people have treated them. I mean come on they are victims and have lost two babies in their immediate family Casey (their baby), and Cayle(Their adorable grand baby.

Give these people some credit. They feel the same as most of us who want her home. This outrageous event is hard to wrap your mind around and some of the diabolical tales that have been told to law enforcement as well as to Cindy and George by their daughter should be proof that these people have been mislead for years. Why would they not trust someone who has even fooled them for years. This is just awful.

everything still works, i just lost the visuals and graphics, its still under warranty, will they fix it? or is it one of those items thats cheaper to get a new one (like an iPod)
